Account Suspension

Hello,
I had an EE contract that I could cancel anytime. Before leaving the UK I tried to call EE several times but due to very busy lines I did not manage to speak to them and cancel my contract.
However, the day that I left, my account was suspended. Throughout the whole time that i’ve been outside of the country, my account was billed even though i didn’t even use my number at all.

Could someone advice on how i can proceed this?

@Paula271 : Why was it suspended? Were you not paying your bills?

If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
