I have been a loyal ee customer for years. Always impressed by customer service. To upgrade and leave ee I waited for 30 mins only to be told no good deals to be done even though I have no functioning wifi at present and have mobile phone and home broadband with ee. to add insult to injury I get an email from ee now saying my (non working ) broadband is going up. I also work in the nhs. Discounts of 20% make it now still far more expensive than other packages. I am going to have to go to plus net and vodafone. Customer service times and helpfulness, pricing: All have really really deteriorated. How disappointing EE
