I need a bill to send to a company but can't access any of it online. on the ee app it says please try later. I'm on day 4 and three phone calls later still no closer to seeing it online
any ideas?

@benwood287 Have you just joined broadband and now have an active service. Had any email from EE that your first bill is now available to view? My experience joined 10/3, active 23/3, and first notification on 25/3. Web and App did nothing until around the final date, then able to view, paper copy came sometime later in the post i think.
