When I try to access EE Hub Manager using address 192.168.1.254, I keep getting error message that something went wrong, with error code CHOP3-800. See the screenshot. Any advice please?

Just click the "OK" & it should be OK. Does it often on mine.

@survesunil @Reboot the hub, I had the same issue and a reboot resolved for me.
Worth a try.

Still tends to do it after a reboot, but it doesn't matter. It's a false positive! Probably due to router's GUI being exceptionally slow.

Yes, my experience is the same. A reboot helps for a while but it happens again randomly. I hope it can be ignored. Never happened with my previous BT smart hub.

Yep totally normal, the router just sucks and EE don't seem to have any plans to fix the UI issues on the router and the memory leaks.

My SH+'s firmware has been languishing for ages at:
App version: 1.9.0
Firmware version: r1.21.0-R-910349-PROD-83002
cuz I don't really use it & just keep it for reference.
So I decided to let it catch up over the long Easter w/end by connecting it to the BB. Not a sausage over the whole w/end but finally at 4 AM this morning it updated to:
App version: 1.13.1
Firmware version: r1.34.0-R-994210-PROD-83002
As far I can see there has been not any change to the GUI. It's just as slow but no spurious CHOP3-800 errors have yet appeared. All my personal settings have been retained.
