Payment issue

Hi I paid my bill yesterday however when I clicked pay and it went through it said page not found. The money has been taken out my bank and after speaking to my bank twice they've said it needs canceling your end. I had no broadband yesterday as I can't afford to pay it again to restore my services. How can I get my money back?

What are you trying to do. 

If it's a debt then you cannot get your money back if you have paid this (you said the money was credited).  You can try speaking with EE CS today/tomorrow. Payments won't be processed until tomorrow because of the bank holidays.
