Hello,
Just asked to move my FTTP 900mb broadband from the BT to EE. I’m still in contract but BT/EE said this does not matter.
The order was placed yesterday but has this message below. The MyBT app also sees the same order and says the same.
We cannot yet confirm the completion date of your order
Has anyone seen this before and is it something BT/EE should be chased for?

Hi @Sbarry I would recommend following that up with the connections team as I would have expected it to show as committed by now.

Thanks there was an old home move order open from 1 year ago and that caused the order to go wrong. Back office will force closure and order will be reopened.
