Just moved to fibre broadband and landline, phone not ringing despite ringing at caller's end. Can still make calls, but not receive.

@Gilbey1 have you moved your phone to connect via the router?
Have you spoken to the Broadband Care Team about this? There is no account access on here.

@Gilbey1 If you still have an DSL dangly filter you could try that between the phone and router - not sure why, but it has been know to help.

Thanks, I'm still using "dangly thing" as it's the only thing that has correct port for grey cable.

? What phone are you using and does it not have a standard BT phone connector?
