Mobile broadband/landline EE app

Is anyone else having problems logging into their mobile ee app? I changed my broadband/landline contract with EE in December and had nothing but trouble with the app since. It says "enter correct billing account " even though its correct. Apparently  the EE id needs changing but this option isn't on the app.

No,the contract was cheaper than my old one.its for broadband/landline wfi but it meant a new router and a new account No. which my EE app won't reconize now. Never had a problem with it until I changed my contract. Apparently there's hundreds of customers with the same problem. Sent from Samsung Mobile on O2

I would recommend speaking with our customer care team on 150. 

The team will be able to remove your old EE ID and help set up your new account.
