Landline / voicemail

My Mum has recently switched her landline from BT to EE.
My Mum isn’t technically minded and her landline rings 5 times and then the voicemail is activated.
How do I extend the ring time and how do we access the voicemail.
Many thanks for help with this query

@Sarah52SR : Follow the "Choosing how long before VM answers" of BT Voicemail User Guide .

This doc. is aimed at BT Home Phone users. It is quite likely that EE does not permit all the options & features.
