EE worst experience I have ever had

I haven't even been activated yet and it's been the worst experience ever. Ordered my broadband on 7 of march I went from being told I'd be active within a few weeks to a month later, for the external work to be done and now to wait another 4 weeks to be activated

False information constantly being given, rude staff not even wanting to try and help. I had one great person out of at least 8. So far I definitely would not recommend EE to anybody. I hope my experience changes and I can say differently in the future but ATM unfortunately EE you have been very very poor and by far my worst. A company that seems to not care atal about it's customer's one they are in a contract, such a shame
