Hi,
New to EE just setting up my broadband all was working well. Downloaded the app which went through the start up process it requested my old Wifi details and password to migrate my devices, however since then it does not recognise my wifi. I keep getting the error message 'you are not connected to your home Wifi' I have reset the device and deleted the App but they no longer have the same Wifi details now everything is my old Wifi details and i an unable to pair. I am not sure what to do any advice?

Hi did you manage to sort your issue with wifi
