I’ve paid £20 today to get broadband fitted on the 31/01 but have had no confirmation email so am I getting me broadband fitted on that day if not I would like my money that you took from me and go with another company disgusted have had no email since the morning you very quick to get the money from me.  Lisa

I am sorry to hear you did not receive your confirmation email. 

Could I please just check it has not been direct to your Junk/Spam folders?
