Broadband Usage - My EE Home Broadband

Is this display on the EE home broadband website accurate..?   I am comparing it with what my own router is saying and there seem to be some significant discrepancies especially in the "upload" category:

I find that there are days where :

  1. The Upload is ridiculously > than Download.
  2. The usage is 0 MB on both on days where I've used it:

No MB's on the Web page I viewed, I just had to guess that's what the numbers meant - but who knows:
