Adding new broadband account to EE app on my phone

When I try to add my Broadband account (set up in November) to the EE app on my phone, it says I have already linked one but this is my old BT Broadband account.  CS says there is no way to delete the old account from the app and I must have two completely separate accounts.  However, I haven't even found a way to access the new broadband account, let along both at the same time.  Why does EE invite me to add a Broadband account  to the app and then CS says I can't see two when I access it?   I have spent literally hours trying to solve queries with EE.  Any help from the Community would be very gratefully received.

No, you are not alone but I was just referring to MyEE accepting BT a/c nos.

@mdomds : You shouldn't have a BT BB plan linked to an EE a/c.

I'd already moved to an EE BB account when I added the old BT a/c to the mobile.  I didn't realise I had a new BB a/c number.  Why did the app allow me to add the old one to it and now not allow me or CS to delete it or even disconnect it?  That's my quandry.

Surprised MyEE even accepted a BT a/c no. What a mess MyEE has got into since New EE BB!

I sorted it by using one email address for my broaband account and another one for my mobile phone account with the same password.  Not what I wanted but it's workable. Thanks for your interest.
