Touch ID not working

So I have Touch ID set up for everything. It works. Except for EE’s app, where every time I want to log in it makes me enter my email address, password and then set up a code number, which I do, twice. Then it asks if I want to enable Touch ID, so I check the box and stick my thumb out.

next time I log in it makes me do it all over again.

it is really annoying 

anyone have a solution?

Try uninstall and install again and give all permission 

@Desmcleish     Are you logging out of the my EE app when you are done with it ?   If you are don’t as that’s why it’s asking you to enter passwords again.   If you don’t log out you’ll then be required to use your Touch ID which then automatically enter your passcode.

I've tested this and as long as I let the app just time out then I can log
in with just touch ID. It's a weird approach, but now I understand it I'm
good, thank you

@Desmcleish    That’s how all the apps work that use Touch ID.    If you click the app log out you’ll be required to use a physical login ever time.   Just closing the app is good enough as this still then requires your fingerprint to enter the password to unlock that app.
