Sim not recognised

Hi my network has suddenly stopped working. The phone has error message that sim not recognised.

Have tried the basics such as turning phone on and off and also taking sim out and back in.

Unfortunately due to no network I am unable to call EE as there is no WhatsApp number to be able to call (all I have is wi fi access).

Any help would be appreciated, and best way to actually get in contact with am EE technician.

Hi.

No I’ve not been able to try that.

I did order a new sim thinking that this would correct the problem but unfortunately not.

Still no signal with the replacement sim.

Do you have a EE Store near by?

If yes, as you are unable to call I would recommend popping by so our team can run some diagnostics on your device.
