New sim card

Hi I just put in my new SIM card as I am transferring from BT. Initially I had service but this suddenly stopped and nothing seems to work in terms of getting it back. I also cannot get in touch with ee to find out what is wrong

Have you tried restarting the phone? Do you get any signal on the phone at all?

Yes restarted multiple times, BT sim back in and working properly??
