My mobile data isn’t working

I can text and call but my internet connection isn’t working. I’ve an iPhone 14 pro max on ee. I’ve travelled 200 miles today and I’ve had to rely on Wi-Fi all day to use my phone apps. I’ve restarted the phone and no help

@Emyr18  Do you have any data allowance available to use ?   Have you tried restarting the device? 

Tonnes of data left. I’ve restarted the phone 2 times and swiped background apps away

Hi @Emyr18.

Is Mobile Date enabled in Settings on the phone?

Can you try resetting the network settings? This is done in Settings, General, Reset, then Reset Network Settings.
