HI 

I am trying to set up my new Apple iPhone 15  the quick start never worked  so I tried to use the wi fi as suggested 

I was asked to enter my mobile no ,e mail address ,or apple password. I entered both e mail address  and phone no and

apple password. but all that happened is now my phone is locked as it put message up   incorrect information  any ideas on how to unlock

I have been on phone to  EE for over 20 minutes. but no reply just constant  music
