Iphone 14 microphone not working

I have an iphone 14 pro. Recently when making calls, the person on the receiving end can’t hear me very well. I’m told I sound ‘very far away’. I have tried cleaning the ports and speakers at the bottom of the phone but this doesn’t do anything. Any suggestions?

It happens with any call, regardless of the area or number.

Have you tried backing up all your data and factory resetting the iPhone?
