volume limit

Anyone else struggling to get loud music from thier samsung A32 

shocking.

Ive bought 4 pairs earphones,tried volumiser apps that take sound quality away.

Even tested my hearing.

same problem atm.

Have you been able to test your headphones with another phone to see if they perform any better?

no because i only own this phone

but never had an issue on previous phones

@cookie1981 - You could try putting the smartphone into "Safe Mode" if you have not already, done so and do the volume/sound tests with the earphones?

What type of earphones are they?

GROOVE
ALL DONT SOUND LOUD ENOUGH OR IS IT MY PHONE.

Are all of those wireless model earphones that you bought?

jvc and kvc are wired

house of marley and groov-e are wireless

the best earphones i owned were the groov-e black and gold but work this out.

I got another pair of those exactly the same and the quality is crap.

Had to throw my best pair last week as left speaker had gone.

now currys are giving me suggestions.

All 4 earphones sound minimal.

Ive tried volume booster which just takes quality away.Ive checked my settings and equaliser,ive tried it all and still cant get the desired sound.The money ive wasted this week.

I just want my loud sound back.I  can always turn it down.

I need to get it right or im gonna spend even more

It seems like your smartphone then if you are having problems with both wired and wireless earphones.

You could try Samsung's online Support team or their physical shops or EE's phone repairs at selected stores?

    I cant find my content on here now but can anyone help.

Ive just purchased my 5th set of earbuds in under a week.

(Yes really guys and my hearing is normal)

not 1 pair are giving me loud sound and im not exagerating.

The sound is way too low.

Its a joke.

Volume apps are all good if theu didnt take away the sound quality.

no because this is the only phone i own.

I never in my life have faced such issues with all my previous contact phones with you.I cant come out of my contract but its perfomance is rubbish(A32)

music right now is beyond enjoyable
