hello, i bought a phone on facebook. The lady assured me that the phone could be unlocked from the ee network. yesterday I took the phone to the store where they do it. today I picked up the phone and was told it could not be unlocked. on the ee page there is a tab with unlocking the phone I tried to enter imei but the phone is not found. What can I do? I talked to you but she doesn't reply. Thank you for any help.

Not the safest place to buy 2nd-hand phones. You have no come-back.

 

It has probably been reported stolen & has been blocked. A common fraud. Check it out on CheckMEND .

@Kacper21   Why would you need to leave a device at any store to have it unlocked ?    No shop needs to keep the device for this.  

 

  The device being 2nd hand you’ll need to call customer services to request it to be unlocked,  but chances are it’s already could be unlocked have you tried a different network Sim card in the device yet ? 

 

 It looks to be ok that doesn’t mean it will be.   More importantly you purchased a phone from Facebook from someone you don’t know,  why would you do that ?
