Looks like phone is dubious if no records found.

Not the safest place to buy 2nd-hand phones. You have no come-back.
It has probably been reported stolen & has been blocked. A common fraud. Check it out on CheckMEND .

"We didn't find any records for an item identified by your search term and category. Of course, records of loss or theft do not appear immediately
so we always recommend taking whatever steps you can to build your confidence before buying any used item." Its Looks like the phone is clear. I forget to Say phone is "replacment" from ee.

@Kacper21 Why would you need to leave a device at any store to have it unlocked ? No shop needs to keep the device for this.
The device being 2nd hand you’ll need to call customer services to request it to be unlocked, but chances are it’s already could be unlocked have you tried a different network Sim card in the device yet ?
It looks to be ok that doesn’t mean it will be. More importantly you purchased a phone from Facebook from someone you don’t know, why would you do that ?
