no moblie internet

I have a Samsung s21 FE 

I am unable to use my Internet. WiFi everything works. 

when I try to use 4g/5g anything that's not WiFi the Internet doesn't load. 

I am still able to message on what's app

 but not access the Internet 

 

I have moblie data on. I have loads of Internet left. I have roaming on. I've turned it on n off again. done all the upgrades.

If WhatsApp works them your device is connecting to data. 

Try a different browser. Try the the BBC website.

hello 

 

I just tryed it 

doesn't load. I have Internet coz I can use WhatsApp 

just can't load any websites tryed Google and Samsung Internet- both same doesn't load

Hi @kelsey008 

If you're content lock is active (look on the EE app) then you cannot get on certain 18+ sites. 

Try going into settings apps - three dots and reset app preferences

WhatsApp uses data so if you can use WhatsApp on 4/5G then everything else should work.

it's any website not 18+ any site bbc or anything,  apps work just not any other thing! 

I looked in settings all seems OK. 

I did a area check and it has 5g.

What happens when you try to load a webpage? Do you see a particular error message?

nope just doesn't load. 

  • blank screen - the loading bar appears but doesn't load. no messages or anything.
