Hi, I have just upgraded my Samsung to a s23 ultra online, after struggling to get a good deal over the phone, I realised my student discount would work. Did everything asked, received confirmation of my purchase via email but at the top it said we need to confirm some details. Does anyone know what this means? I tried seeking guidance in setting the upgrade up but couldn't find any online help and over the phone I was basically refused it.
Any help appreciated. Thank you
