Hi I upgraded to a Samsung Z Flip phone and received it around the 8th November 2021.
There was a £400 discount on the deal if the old phone is returned.
Trouble is I was supposed to receive an envelope to put the old phone in and then return it through the post office. As at the 21st November, I haven't received that envelope so am still sitting with the phone.
Anybody any experience about this topic? I am concerned that EE will come back and say they haven't received the phone and therefore the £400 will not be discounted.
Can anybody advise on the best thing to do. There were a few **bleep** ups from EE before th upgrade was completed properly.

Thank you Chris. Will do. Just wondered if anybody else had had a similar experience and what happened. But yes I will call them in teh morning. Les

I've had the same thing.
What did they recommend when you rang them?
Been on hold so long now am losing the will.

I got EE on the phone. Thye said that I should receive the envelope this week. So everything is OK
