Hello,

I am facing very slow internet on my phone(Samsung A13 4G), I don't know the reason why. I have deleted the cache of several apps but still the same.

Just to let you know, that I have removed the SIM and re-enter it again, after that my internet was working properly.

Do you experience slow internet within one location?

When you text BALANCE to 150 does it report you have data remaining?

I ma facing this issue in multiple locations, like home, workplace, and outside, from past couple of days its getting worst.

Have you been able to test your SIM in another device to see if the issue continues.

I haven't, honestly at the moment I am having this one device only.

As this is in multiple locations I would recommend trying a replacement SIM.

If you order a replacement SIM card this would keep the same number.
