Any help is welcome, caller ID not showing on my phone?

Hi @Trevor631

 

Welcome to the community.

 

Try checking these settings:

 

Open your 'Phone' dialler (as if you're going to dial a new number).
Tap More (top right corner)
Tap Settings
Tap Supplementary services
Enable Show Caller ID.
 

Let me know if this works.

Have you spoken to our Mobile Care team yet? They'll be able to make sure everything is set up for Caller ID from our side.

Hi Chris, I spoke to them on Sat and they said it would be sorted out in 24 hrs but it is still the same, no caller ID just says private number 😒👍

It could be that the number is being withheld from the other side, @Trevor631.

 

Could you do a test from some different phones where you know the number isn't being withheld, just as a test?
