SIM Locked

Hi,

I no longer use my PAYG Sim but need to access it to retrieve a code - given that this has been a fair amount of time I have forgotten the code and only have 1 attempt to unlock remaining. Unfortunately I didn't register the number on My EE and so Im not sure if it's still possible to get a PUK code?

@SarahW4 : You sure that the SIM is locked & it's not that it's been deactivated due to lengthy inactivity. The latter is more likely if it's been over 9 months since you last used it.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

Thanks for your reply! Its been about 6 months since it was last used, maybe slightly less. Im attempting to put the sim into a new device (Ive relocated and so have a new sim replacing my old one in the iphone) and so when placed in this device it asks me for a sim code which I simply dont have.

Can't you now register that SIM to MyEE in order to obtain its PUK?
