I received a pair of ar glasses yesterday, and they simply dont power up,im gutted,whats my next step do i need to call someone or return them to a shop?

You need to call EE up and explain they arrived faulty. They will give you your next steps.

 

You can't just take them into a store if you didn't purchase them from a store.
