Note 10 showing as unlocked but its not?

I performed an IMEI check against the EE unlock website, which shows my handset as unlocked. Based on this I have used a PAC code to move from BT Mobile across to GiffGaff. After replacing the SIM the phone was asking for an NCK code, stupidly I followed somebodies advice and managed to end up locking the phone (its now asking for the dreaded MCK code).

Is there a way of getting the 16 digit code (8 of which I believe form the MCK, other 8 NCK) from EE? I can't proceed to that point on the website, based on the fact its showing as already unlocked!

@ayounger23  Call customer services and request the unlock code.    The MCK code is the last 8 digits of the unlock code then the first 8 digits of the unlock code.

eg.   12345678910111213141516.  Unlock code

91011121314151612345678. =. MCK code
