No Service but have SIM

Can anyone help my iPhone is showing no service have tried switching off and on. Putting SIM in another unlocked phone and still says no service.  Have switched off mobile data etc but am at a loss.

These are the symptoms of not having any mobile service in your area currently. Do you know any EE users locally, to compare with?

Enter your location under the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee to check for any known issues.

It is not that as have checked that already

Did the SIM card show no service in another phone? 

If so, you would need a replacement SIM card as it does sound like the SIM has become faulty. 

You can order a replacement SIM card by giving us a call on 07953 966 150 and the team can get the SIM card posted to your account address, or you can visit an EE Store with photo ID to get the replacement.
