New S22 not charging

Hi my brand new S22 died while out and now isn’t charging, can anyone help?

Try leaving it plugged in to the power (make sure the cable is connected correctly) and after 15 mins try a soft reset if the power button doesn't boot up the phone.

Hi @Caroline89.

 

To perform a soft reset you need to press and hold the power button and the volume down key at the same time until the Samsung logo appears.
