I have a problem logging in to my imusic now having been send a new device

Is it Apple Music that you're trying to log into? What does the error message say when you try?

Hi mate, 

It says that I have another subscription with this Apple ID. 

Iv logged into my icloud with the same details and I just cannot get into 
the Imusic. 

Please help
