Does the Samsung s23 Ultra 512gb model have 8gb or 12gb Ram?

Hi, I wanted to order the new s23 ultra, i noticed they are doing a double storage at the moment if you pre order for 512gb storage rather than 256gb

I was looking at reviews and seen there are 2 models of the s23, one with 8gb Ram and one with 12gb.

It doesn't seem to show on the website which version you get.

Might i be right that the base model with 256gb might have 8gb ram and the 512 might have 12?

That's right, the 256GB variant has 8GB of RAM and the 512GB has 12GB.

I have just received a message from EE saying i will be getting my samsung galaxy s23 ultra early(before release date). Look out for a message from DPD.

Did anyone else get this message.

Can anyone from EE also confirm this and confirm the date we should be expcting our new phone.

I asked the question when I purchased my S23 Ultra.  I did get the 512Gb for the price of the 256Gb, and told the 512Gb is definitely 12gb RAM. So this would suggest the 256Gb is only 8Gb RAM.
