Dear EE
My Pay Monthly device& Sim contract with EE started on 1 February 2022.
After restoring my device data for all call logs/messages, all data has been restored from March 1 to Current date___.
There is approximately 1 month of missing data in which the device did not restore. This missing data is for the 1st month of data accounting for when the device/ Sim were initially purchased.
Can you kindly advice on why the device has not restored only the first month data and how to retrieve this if possible?

I assume the restored data is data you have backed up. If you havent backed up the data it will not restore it.
This has nothing to do with your tariff.
