Connection problems

Hi. Just a quick question. I have been experiencing connection problems with my phone for around 8 or 9 weeks now, maybe more.

I reported it at the beginning and was kept updated by EE about the issues and how they were dealing with them.

Because it took do long and I have had weeks on end unable to accept calls, unable to make calls etc EE said they would waive my last bill (august). 

This sadly has not been done, plus I am still having the same issues.

Has anyone experienced the same issues or have any advice?

What are the connection problems you're having?
