Broken phone

So upset got a upgrade on my phone had it in Oct  fold 4 closed the phone as it was open only to find a massive black line on the hinge got told it was 690 to replace un fit for purpose still got to pay for 103 pounds mth for 18 months for a phone I can't use

I'm sorry to hear the same thing happened to you too, we've been paying for a year for a broken Samsung fold that an ee employee damaged the screen. I went through the ombudsman and they did nothing, customer services didn't either. Disgusting greedy company! So many faults with the flips and folds but they charge the customer!
