4g mobile box

I purchased a mobile 4g box due to house move and paid for 1 month unlimited. I cancelled it after the month due to having WiFi installed but I’m wondering if I can just swap the SIM card for a pre paid one for using when I’m away on weekends etc. I don’t want to pay monthly at all as it may only be needed once every couple of months

Is the pay-monthly SIM still active? If so, you can request cancellation (assuming the minimum term has been served) and a transfer to PAYG.

If the line has already been disconnected, then just source a new PAYG SIM and use it.
