I have just swapped and am finding it extremely difficult to manage. I am 72 and not too bad tec wise but I cannot figure it out enough to explain it to my husband who is 85 and is the main viewer. There is no guidance whatsoever. Thinking of going back to Skype, it seems you can't teach old dogs new tricks after 30 years with sky!
