I recently switched to eeTV where I have been able to log into Netflix on my box. However, I cannot log into Netflix on any mobile device using the very same email address I used to log into Netflix on my eeTV box. According to the plan, I should ne able to sign into TWO devices. When I try to login online via the app on a mobile device, I get a message saying that there is no account registered to my email address even though I have logged in using that address on my eeTV box as explained above. HELP!
