HD channels on TV mini box

Hi. Just switched to EE TV & set up the TV box pro & two TV mini boxes. Whilst the TV pro box lists all HD Chanell's including the free to air, neither of the the mini box lists HD channels for BBC  1/2, ITV, CH4, CH5 etc. They do list all other HD channels from 203, onwards, (CBBC, BBC News etc). Is this normal or is there something wrong? Do I have to switch to the TV apps to watch HD on the main free to air channels?

Do you not have channels 1-5 on the TV Box Mini at all? They're at 1-5 not 101-105 where you may be used to seeing them.

If you don't have BBC One anywhere on your TV guide then it's possible you set up your box too soon - what is your service activation date?

Your TV box pro will have an aerial plugged in and receives Freeview channels vi a that source. Your TV mini boxes have no aerial and therefore get all channels via the internet. As the other contributor says the BBC Chanels etc are numbered from 1 onwards. Non HD channels are not received on the TV mini box.
