Roaming not activated

I recently joined EE from O2, but unfortunately very disappointed as in emergency i had travelled to some other country and forget to activate roaming. Being a business customer i am suffering severe problems for order processing and other necessary calls. I have chat in app and even called from other number but no one resolving my problem as i can not get otp while during chat as there are no any signals. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue?

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
