I have previously used the ee website to get a QR code for an e-sim which was active on an iPhone. Each time on the Pixel I would scan the QR code and it would work and provision fine. Now when I try it I get "Couldn't activate service" There's an issue with your SIM profile. To fix the issue, contact your operator. You can provide the following information to your operator: Subject code 8.1.1, Reason code 3.8" and then it offers an EID for the device.
Is this a temporary problem which someone in EE can help me with?
