Upgrade

Hi 

I registered for an upgrade a few weeks ago for a sim only deal, when will my sim arrive and will this take effect on next months bill?

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

If you upgraded, you won't receive a new SIM card. If you are switching from a handset plan, your new plan will start when you reach your contract end date.
