Number transfer

I gave EE my pac code when I placed my order, how long after inserting new sim into phone should it take for my old number to work again, do I have to do anything else for this to happen

The number transfer should transfer for you on Monday.

Wow that’s a long time to wait, I wasn’t expecting that, so that means no one can contact me all weekend as the don’t have the new number 😞 disappointed

The old network SIM card should still be active, is this not working? @Jenwight

I presume it might it’s very annoying and frustrating that I have to keep swapping SIM cards I really can’t believe it’s taking a week to transfer from another supplier to you it is a very disappointing start

Once you receive the EE SIM card and install this into the phone the number transfer would take place the next working day.
