How do I get a replacement Sim card as it has stopped working

My Sim card has stopped working. It was tried in another phone but wouldn't work. Another sim card was tried in my phone & did work so not my phone.

Welcome to the community.

You can get a replacement SIM from your nearest EE Store, you'll need to take photo ID with you. You can also get one by speaking with our Mobile Care team, who can send one out for you.
