Help can’t make or receive calls since upgraded a sim only plan yesterday

It may well have been yesterday as well but no one called me and I didn’t call out.  I also chose BT sports as the add on which I can’t set up as it says it is not working.  When I go on to look at my plans it shows my daughters (under my name) but fails when I select my phone.  I can’t call EE as I have no other phone to use.  Any ideas?  I have turned it off and on again (twice)

A change of plan is exactly that - just a change of payment plan. Does your phone show coverage of EE's mobile network?

Ah no. It shows 4g but it is not letting me access any webpages etc.

If you pop your postcode into our coverage checker and hit 'check status', does it say if there are any maintenance works in your area.

My daughter’s phone, on my account, is working fine. So it’s not that. It’s as though I’ve been cut off when I upgraded the sim plan.

Does your phone show VoLTE (Android) or 4G-calling (Apple) next to the coverage indicators?

If you swap SIMs between your phone and your daughter's phone, does the problem follow your SIM or remain with the phone?
