Hi I am a new customer. I requested eSIM because I use normal sim for my other number. I have IPhone 15 pro. Lady at the phone, at the customer service yesterday, could not locate my phone eSIM settings on my iPhone. After 30 mins she said that she will change the settings and that my number will be transferred without my having to do anything. Well… I’m completely disconnected to the point that I cannot check any network issues because it shows that I am no longer EE customer!! My work is based on my working phone and now I am panicking and I so cut off that I cannot even contact customer service on my phone 150. Can anyone help me out is there anything I can do to get it connected again? Many thanks
