Hi, I'm new to EE and am getting very confused with the app and website. I've signed up to a Pay as you go SIM and transferred my number from my previous phone. I cannot access my voicemail as it says I don't have enough credit (even though I've just paid in £5) and the plan hasn't been activated yet.
How do I see my pay as I go plan and get access to my voicemail? I'm thinking a monthly contract might be easier to manage?

@Al1c321 : How much did you pay for your PAYG SIM when you bought it? Where did you buy it?
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
