I cannot seem to access any of the services to add on additional data, and it is quite frustrating. Nor can I reach or call EE for support as it says the service is temporarily unavailable.
I received a text message for possible data add on packages including £6 for 1GB for 7 days and £8 for 2GB for 7 days. I topped up my account with £8 in hopes to add 2GB, but it automatically added on 1GB which I did not request.
I no longer have enough credit to add on 2GB instead…
